Compilation Plans

A compilation plan is a type of plan put together from existing records.  Compilation plans are intended to give the user enough information to show the approximate size and shape of a property.

A compilation plan is not a land survey and the accuracy of the compilation plan will depend on the quality of the information used to make the compilation plan.

A compilation plan is less accurate than a Data Accumulation Plan.

In cases where someone has interest in a property, a compilation plan may be assembled from tax assessors maps, general topographic map information, and other sources in order to get a better idea about the property in question.
